First impression of Boris?
Vivacious, witty and hungry!
For someone with such vast accolades and career, he is refreshingly modest and easy to work with. In addition to an enormous list of career highlights, just a few of which are listed below, Boris is the Vocal Jazz professor at the Benedetto Marcello Conservatory in Venice and Luca Marenzio Conservatory in Brescia.
The Jimmy Hornet audience was aghast at the sound produced by just one voice, one microphone, a looper, and effects.
Wow, this man can really sing….and eat!

Boris Savoldelli is receiving kudos from around the world. He is always challenging his “vocal instrument” with new and original ways of singing, thanks to his musical background that ranges from classical studies to jazz; rock-funk to avant-garde experimental music. His influences include his mentor in jazz, singer Mark Murphy.
Boris Savoldelli performed at Jimmy Hornet, Zhongshan China on 21 April 2017.
